Shared Video:Planetary heart meditation

I am re-blogging news of an amazingly positive initiative  by ‘Peace Troubadour’ James Twyman. He is organizing a 3 day synchronized meditation for peace. It is a great opportunity for us all to do something to counteract all the madness and violence in the world. As the master Omraam said- ‘Only light can overcome darkness’. Prayer is effective and millions of people praying at the same time for peace will unleash a tremendous power for good. Please join the meditation and spread the news. Update- this meditation is now past but you can connect with James through the links below for news of further initiatives.  In the brotherhood we meditate to send out light everyday if possible. SJJ Ten Million People Have Already Registered On March 11, 12 and 13, James Twyman and will join 3.5 million people gathered in New Delhi, India during the World Culture Festival to focus one of the largest synchronized meditations in history. Love is stronger than death

No one can deny how painful it is to lose a loved one. But love allows us to overcome the pain. You think the more you love someone, the more you will suffer from such a separation. At the time, you will, without a doubt. But if you have truly loved someone, in time another kind of relationship develops between you, and you feel their being as a constant presence. And at night, in your sleep, you are also with them. In the morning, you may not remember meeting, because the journeys the soul makes during sleep rarely reach awareness, but you will feel the connection growing stronger and stronger as time goes by. God did not place limits on love. Love is stronger than death. Those who have shared true love are never parted; their soul overcomes all material obstacles. Universal, unconditional love

Seek to help and show love for all human beings without expecting anything in return, because they are all our brothers and sisters. In doing so, the reward is already given to you in that inner sense of expansion and that extraordinary sensation of warmth that fill you when you love. This is a marvellous reward; life contains none greater. Your heart can then be likened to a flowing spring. Human beings always expect to be rewarded for what they do. Those who have understood the secret of love don’t even expect receiving anything in return, for they already have a taste of the happiness that nothing else could bring them. And, because they are fulfilled and have no expectations, they radiate joy and win the trust of many friends. What better reward could you hope to find. Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov I read this passage this morning as it is the Daily Meditation for today. I think the idea it expresses is very closely related to the passage I posted a few days ago- Nature …

Nature has a heart- the oceans

We have a heart, but nature also has a heart, or more exactly the equivalent of our heart – the oceans. Nature offers its heart, it exposes it to the sun and says: ‘My Lord, I give you my heart, my blood. Use it so that plants, animals and human beings may live in plenty.’ The sun takes some of this blood and raises it up to fill it with spiritual gifts. So when this blood goes back down to earth, all beings will benefit from it and rejoice. Every day initiates repeat this gift of the ocean to the sun within themselves. They open up their heart before the Creator, saying: ‘Lord, I give you my heart.’ This fervent prayer, this sacrifice performed in the heart of a human being is similar to the sacrifice that takes place in nature. Thanks to the sublimation of their love, of their blood,  human beings meet the sun, which is in the image of God Himself, and this meeting enriches them with new divine essences that spread …

Into the light

I speak to you only of yourselves, of realities that exist within you. Even if you are still not aware of their existence and do not fully understand what I am referring to, I know that through my words I am contacting an entity whose only wish is to come into the light. This entity can be compared to a lotus that begins to develop underwater before blossoming on the surface. Things are born, take shape and begin to grow in the darkness of the subconscious. By the time they rise to awareness, they are no longer in their early stage but have almost reached completion, because they have already been in motion for a long time. In the same way, my words awaken in your deepest being a presence, a spiritual entity, which will one day emerge, like the lotus flower, to blossom above water. Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov
